Recruitment for Partial Studies under the Erasmus+ Programme Academic Year 2026/2027

Dear Students,

The International Relations Office of the University of Warsaw has announced a new call for applications for partial studies under the Erasmus+ programme for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The meeting of the Faculty Recruitment Committee will take place on 26 February 2026 (Thursday) at 11:30 (11:30 AM, Warsaw time) in room 2.10. The Committee invites all candidates interested in applying for partial studies abroad to attend. During the meeting, the Committee will conduct qualification interviews with candidates.

The programme is open to:
• 2nd-year bachelor’s students,
• 1st-year master’s students,
• doctoral students,

who are regular students of the Polish-speaking Archaeology and the English-speaking Archaeology programme (Studies in English) programms.

Required documents:

  1. Confirmation of the grade point average (GPA) for the last year of study (issued by the Student Office):
    – 1st-year master’s students are required to submit a certificate of their GPA from the final year of bachelor’s studies;
    – students who completed their bachelor’s degree at universities other than the University of Warsaw are required to submit a certificate issued by the university where they obtained their bachelor’s diploma.

  2. Certificate of foreign language proficiency required by the host university (English, B2).

  3. The opinion of the research supervisor.

Szanowni Państwo,

Biuro Współpracy z Zagranicą UW ogłosiło kolejny nabór na studia częściowe w ramach programu Erasmus+ w roku akademickim 2026/2027. Posiedzenie Wydziałowej Komisji Rekrutacyjnej odbędzie 26 lutego (czwartek) 2026r., o godz. 11.30, sala nr 2.10. Komisja zaprasza wszystkich Kandydatów, którzy chcą się ubiegać o wyjazd na studia częściowe. Komisja odbywa rozmowy kwalifikacyjne z kandydatami.

Wymagane dokumenty:

  1. Zaświadczenie o uzyskanej średniej z ostatniego roku studiów (zaświadczenie z dziekanatu ds. studenckich)

– studenci I roku studiów magisterskich powinni przedłożyć zaświadczenie o uzyskanej średniej za ostatni rok studiów licencjackich;

– studenci kończący studia licencjackie na innych uczelniach niż UW powinni dostarczyć zaświadczenie z uczelni, na której uzyskali dyplom licencjata.

  1. Zaświadczenie znajomości języka obcego wymaganego przez wybraną uczelnię (angielski B2)
  2. Opinia pracownika naukowego (promotora/ nauczyciela akademickiego na Wydziale Archeologii UW)
