Dear students,
Given the approaching date of the field surveys (8-12 April), I would like to remind you that students participating in the 30-hour field survey courses will receive an excuse for their absences, including absences from language courses and PE classes (sent to the relevant units after the lecturers have entered the grades in USOS system).
For planned multiple absences, lecturers may cancel classes in the affected groups.
If students are taking excavation exercises during the surface term, I remind you that the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs will excuse a maximum of three weeks of absences related to fieldwork activities during the course semester based on an application submitted in the USOS system.
