Invitation to Meetings on Aegean Studies at the Harvard’s Center for Hellenic Studies

The Department of Aegean and Textile Archaeology, Faculty of Archaeology is pleased to inform you about the following event:

Hosted by the Harvard’s Center for Hellenic Studies, MASt (Meetings on Aegean Studies) seminars are a new project aiming to boost discussion and re debate among specialists on topics and problems in Bronze Age Aegean studies and then to disseminate the latest results to the wider audience of classicists. To achieve this, the MASt project has designed a twofold strategy: specialist seminars up to 20 participants and substantial reports on the online journal Classical Inquiries.
The Winter 2022 MASt seminar will take place online via Zoom on Friday, February 25 (17:30am-19:30pm CET).
Agata Ulanowska and Kyle Mahoney will be the speakers of the Winter 2022 MASt session. Agata will present 'Little things make big things happen – Aegean textiles and the EuroWeb COST Action CA 19131 ‘Europe through Textiles. Network for an integrated and interdisciplinary Humanities’’ and Kyle will present 'Thoughts on Landscape, Religion, and Toponymy in the Pylian Archive’.
